We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour and appearance of natural products (oils, spices) may vary slightly between batches due to seasonal and crop variations. This is a natural characteristic, not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order. If you do not agree to the corrected price, your order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, or payment cannot be verified.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for serviceable PIN codes. The option appears at checkout only where it is available.

By providing your phone number during checkout or account registration, you consent to receive transactional communications from us via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. These include order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.

These transactional messages are sent using the WhatsApp Business API powered by Meta Platforms, Inc. By consenting, you acknowledge that your phone number will be shared with Meta for the purpose of delivering these messages.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying 'STOP' to any WhatsApp message or by contacting us. Transactional messages related to your orders cannot be opted out of while an order is active.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
